The products of 'Ortaj Coop. are table grapes and citrus products typical of the west Jonic arc of Taranto.

These specialties' are linked to the history of the place of production, perfectly adapted to the micro climate.

The Clementine, on the territory of the Western Jonic arc of Taranto have been recognized brand PGI clementines as the Gulf of Taranto by the EU Council Regulation 1665/2003, published in the Official Gazette of the European Union, series L 235; 23 September 2003.

The cooperative adopting methods of struggle aimed at ensuring food security for consumers with more healthy products according to EU and national legislation in force.

The production is subject to the following:

• Process Control from agronomists in the field

• Controls products (analysis on samples collected lots)
  
  The product is found in every stage of the supply chain, from the collection, transport and marketing.
